After it was reported that Charles Manson was in a hospital clinging to life, comments started flowing.
I was surprised at the number of people who were talking about compassion for the man. He had a tough childhood, he never actually killed anyone, etc. One person suggested that there were lots of babies being killed in Vietnam at the time, and Manson only killed one, so … you know … what’s the big deal?
These comments were not made by the usual idiots who just stir up trouble, have difficulty stringing 2 words together or who are only capable of emoji’s and urban language that takes disjointed thoughts, throws it all together and somehow expects everyone to “get it.”. They were from seemingly intelligent people who absolutely believed what they were saying and the more comments that came, the more they were bolstered to express that same sentiment.
It is true, over the years, many horrors have been committed that lessen the impact of what was done by Manson and his followers. Blood and gore, torture, mindless slaughter . . . we now play games where we are the perpetrators of this and far worse. Mid-week TV shows supply that kind of storyline direct into our living rooms on a regular basis. So, we are desensitized to the whole event. Continue reading
I am not sure why there are still so many people on this planet earth who are completely unaware of how much their day to day lives are manipulated by people with agendas that have nothing to do with looking out for our welfare.
Our minds have been systematically lulled into a state of comatose until we are nothing more than mere puppets, moving with each tug on our strings to a perfectly choreographed dance. The dance is about us doing exactly what they want us to until we have moved so far down a dark and bumpy road that we can never make our way back.
Someone bottled water and started to sell it. At first, it was all about appearing chic, a new accessory to flaunt around, like a designer bag, proving you were truly one of the beautiful people. People were recreating scenes from “The Princess and the Pea,” when they ordered water with fancy names in restaurants as if their constitutions were too delicate to drink mere tap water. Then they started carrying it around with them and now, everyone buys water when they can merely turn on the tap and get a drink and fill their own bottle. Continue reading
One of the things I kept from my religious upbringing was a teaching that said “I give unto men correct principles that they may govern themselves.” Everything can work beautifully when we do not have to rely on others, the government, or laws to make us do the right thing. If each man was guided by a personal integrity that considered not only themselves but the whole of mankind, we would eliminate almost every problem we currently face.
But we don’t, and expecting every person to be evolved to that level is not practical and it has never happened, despite the awesome stories your grandparents tell about how much better everything was when they were a kid.
Throughout history, there has always been pretty much everything we see today. At times it was better hidden than today, but it was there. But our grandparents and to some extent my own generation did have something. We had the general consensus of “the village.” Continue reading
It’s what we do when someone says something that makes us uncomfortable . . . we attack them. We try to make sure no-one else will listen to them. This strategy works because we are addicted to being “liked.” Social media has banked on our need to be “liked,” and we never fail that faith.
People are willing to trash others or point fingers of blame because it prevents them from having to deal with their own demons and hopefully by keeping everyone looking at someone else they maintain status quo. Continue reading
I am pretty sure this is the video they use to deprogramme people who have been rescued from the flocks where they are being kept prisoner.
All over the world people are rescuing their loved ones from the sheep cults. They sneak in at night and grab them. Yes, I know what you are thinking, how do they know they have the right one, they all look the same. It is true, but if you are missing a brother and you get a sister by mistake you just have to be thankful. The Priest blesses that you tried. Continue reading
